We welcome conductor Paolo Spadaro Munitto to our roster
We are delighted to announce that Paolo Spadaro Munitto, a highly accomplished conductor, harpsichordist, and pianist, has joined our roster of artists. Paolo’s versatility and deep musical expertise make him an exceptional addition to our family.
Since the 2021-22 season, he has been the Principal Conductor of the Jerusalem Lyric Opera Festival and has held the role of Maestro di Sala at Teatro alla Scala since 2002. His impressive musical journey has been shaped by leading figures such as Donato Renzetti and Gustav Kuhn (conducting), and Franco D’Andrea (jazz), shaping him into a multifaceted musician.
Paolo’s international career has brought him to some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Teatro alla Scala in Milan, the Fondazione Arena di Verona, and the Dresdner Philharmonie. He has worked with renowned orchestras like the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and the Zagreb Philharmonic, making his mark as a conductor of exceptional range and artistry. His passion for Baroque music has also led him to perform as a harpsichordist, collaborating with specialists like Ottavio Dantone and Andrea Marcon.
